About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, friendly, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing Door-to-Door Shipping Service team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support with bookings, tracking deliveries, handling enquiries, and ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with booking collections and deliveries.
- Track parcels and provide accurate delivery updates.
- Resolve issues or complaints efficiently, maintaining a calm and helpful attitude.
- Liaise with drivers and the operations team to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
- Keep customer records and delivery information up to date.
- Support other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confident using computers and CRM / delivery management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Good knowledge of UK geography and shipping processes (advantageous).
