About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Driver to join our Door-to-Door Shipping Service team. You’ll play a key role in collecting parcels safely and efficiently from customers’ homes and businesses across the United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect parcels directly from customers’ doors according to daily routes.
  • Ensure parcels are handled safely to prevent loss or damage.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at every delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery updates.
  • Carry out basic vehicle checks and report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Comply with UK traffic laws and company health & safety policies.

Requirements

  • Full, clean UK driving licence (Category B or higher).
  • Proven driving experience (multi-drop or courier experience preferred).
  • Good knowledge of local routes and UK road regulations.
  • Physically fit and able to lift parcels up to 25kg.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented.

About the Role

We’re looking for an organised, friendly, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing Door-to-Door Shipping Service team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support with bookings, tracking deliveries, handling enquiries, and ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with booking collections and deliveries.
  • Track parcels and provide accurate delivery updates.
  • Resolve issues or complaints efficiently, maintaining a calm and helpful attitude.
  • Liaise with drivers and the operations team to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
  • Keep customer records and delivery information up to date.
  • Support other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident using computers and CRM / delivery management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Good knowledge of UK geography and shipping processes (advantageous).
